Bare Aesthetics Dallas Patient Policies


Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to complete a client intake and the necessary consent forms. We always leave the option open for our patients to fill out their paperwork prior to arriving at their scheduled appointment via email.

​​Appointment Booking/Card On File

​

Every patient is required to place a card on file whether booking online via our Aesthetic Record Portal or by phone. We reserve the right to charge the card on file $35 in the event of late cancellations or No Shows to your scheduled appointment. This ensures that our provider's time is protected.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In order to protect our time and ensure your appointment is staffed to support our treatment standards, we require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 24 hour window will incur a $35 fee. No-Show appointments will also incur the cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to best serving you at your appointment!

 

Late Arrival

 

If you are running late for your appointment, we require our patients to give us a call at 214-980-4371 and notify our front desk of your ETA. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not a guarantee. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Abbreviated appointments could mean less numbing time for treatments that require it or the omission of additional services you were scheduled for that day. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.

 

Return Policy On Products

 

We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for BARE AESTHETICS DALLAS CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.

 

Refunds for Services

 

We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome and our packages are non-transferable. As stated in our consent forms, “I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of body being treated,post treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments in order to obtain the desired results”. It is up to the discretion of our patients to move forward with treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.

 

Pricing & Promotions

 

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e Aspire and Alle ) to obtain rewards points earned on previous injection services rendered or gift cards that were purchased through the manufacturers website.

Practice-Patient Relationship

 

We love having you as our patient, but Bare Aesthetics Dallas reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

 

Age Requirements

 

TX state law requires patients be 18 years of age or older to receive medical treatments at Bare Aesthetics Dallas, unless a parent or guardian is present in the treatment room during the service. Children under 18 are not permitted in our office unattended unless a service is being performed on said patient. Special services are available for children under the age of 18. Please call our concierge for additional information.

 

Payment

 

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We also accept Care Credit and PatientFi financing. Any gift cards, coupons or treatment packages must be mentioned at time of booking.

 

Insurance

 

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. These services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s responsibility.

 

Financing

 

We offer Care Credit and PatientFi financing to our patients in the event they are interested in opening up a line of credit to help them pay for the treatments they receive in our office!

 

Gift Cards

 

Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, over the phone, or on our Aesthetic Record booking portal. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Bare Aesthetics Dallas is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.

 

Gratuity

 

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Tipping is appreciated and left to the discretion of our guests.

 

Parking

 

Bare Aesthetics Dallas is happy to offer both on-street and lot parking to our patients. We are located on the ground level/plaza of the building 3300 Oak Lawn in Suite 106. Parking is available in the parking garage directly behind the building or on Hall St. You will turn onto Hall St. from either Oak Lawn Ave. or Welborn St. The parking garage entrance is labled 3300 OAK LAWN AVE GARAGE and you can drive down into the garage. You can park in ANY space that is labeled visitor or not labeled at all. Avoid any reserved spaces. Depending on where you park, take the elevators to floor PL. We are around the corner down the hallway to the left! If you have any trouble locating our office, please give our office a call at 214.980.4371 and someone will be happy to assist you.
